The International Court of Justice has made available on its website the Annexes to the Application instituting proceedings in the case concerning the Aerial Incident of 8 January 2020 (Canada, Sweden, Ukraine and United Kingdom v. Islamic Republic of Iran).
The web publication of the original legal documents in the Annexes will greatly help scholars and lawyers studying the case as well as the international law or state responsibility and aerial incidents more generally. We would like to underline that the contents of the Annexes themselves had become public documents in the normal order, and that by posting them on the website the Court only made them more accessible and available than before.
